Return Policy

We warrant all new parts against defective material or workmanship when such parts are used in appropriate applications. We will NOT extend this warranty to parts where failure or damage was caused by misapplication, accident, or abuse.

Unless otherwise stated, authorization from Cummings Truck & Trailer Parts is required to initiate any return for warranty. If our examination shows the parts to be defective, we will replace such parts free of charge. This warranty extends solely to replacement of defective parts; we disclaim liability for labor and/or special or consequential damages of any nature.

Credit will not be issued for parts that have been used, misused, installed or unsaleable. All merchandise must be securely repackaged for return to Cummings Truck & Trailer Parts. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. No refunds are allowed on electrical items, special order items, or tools.

Defective items must be inspected and/or tested before a refund or exchange is approved. Some items may need to be sent back to the manufacturer prior to issuing a refund or exchange.

ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST BE ISSUED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION.

Please call (954) 973-4799 or email parts@cummingsparts.com to be issued a Return Authorization. A Call Tag will then be issued for UPS to pick up your package.
